So, for years I’ve been calling myself a sapiosexual. A sapiosexual is someone who is attracted to or aroused by intelligence. While I really admire smart people and generally think they’re hot, they can often be arrogant which really turns me off. Also, it’s not like I feel like having sex with someone just because they’re smart.

So, I came to the realization that it’s not necessarily intelligence I’m attracted to, it’s learning. Yes, I am physically aroused when I can feel my brain expanding from taking in previously unknown material. It’s hot, it makes me hot just thinking about it, and well, it’s true!

No wonder I did so well in school and got frustrated when class was boring!

So, I’ve created the new word: noscosexual. Nosco, from latin to know, recognize, become acquainted with, to learn, coupled with sexual. Noscosexual, mmmmmmm. If you were one you’d be hot right now.
